When opportunities come you grab them by the horn. And we are very grateful and delighted to for the opportunity to announce the launch of Klymbia Consulting which has been our long-held dream. Around three years ago we started talking about our dream to launch our own consulting agency built around serving people built around impactful communication, efficient recruitment, and insightful consultation. This remained a dream that we have always been returning to.
After successfully learnt our own trade through work at different small, national, and global organizations combined with our education and successes at different roles and projects the decision to launch our own company became an easier one. Another important factor was that Tomi was given the opportunity to become a full-time consultant by opening the company.
Klymbia Consulting gives us both the opportunity offer our expertise to many more people and organizations than has been possible for us previously. By embarking on this exciting journey, we believe there will be many interesting projects and that we can do good for many different companies and organizations.
Where does our slogan come from? Klymbia and our slogan derives from the idea of the hardness, adversaries, and difficulties of reaching the peak of a mountain. We both believe that results in life are achieved through hard work. Afterall life is a journey – sometimes things are good and sometimes things are not so good. What really matters is persistence and the willingness to learn new things, believing in yourself while also being humble.
We also believe in our mission of improving the lives of people, improving work life, and doing our part for the planet. Our desire is to facilitate the improvement of work life locally and globally. This we can by creating impactful communication, conducting efficient recruitment and by honest employer branding build around high-quality standards. These things help companies and organizations thrive which in turn helps society. In due time, we also want to enlarge our charity activities especially towards homeless animals and to those who volunteer to help them.
